摘要
尝试运用心理学的研究成果———运动表象训练指导体育教学中的武术教学。设计了两个阶段的五步教学法实验。通过这一实验 ,使学生在视觉表象、动觉表象训练的基础上形成了运动表象 ,最后达到复合性感觉表象 ,其动作完美、协调 ,激发了学生学习兴趣。
One of athletic psychology study results, Athletic Id ea Practice, is used to guide Wushu teaching for P.E. and the five-step teaching method is design ed to equip students with sport idea based on vision idea and motion idea, and f inally comprehensive sense idea, thus make their motions perfect and harmonious so as to motivate their interest in Wushu.
