摘要
目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)对人重症牙周炎牙龈血流量 (GBF)、血流速度 (BCV)和血浓度 (BC)的作用及HBO治疗牙周炎的机理。方法 :选自口腔中心门诊的 3 0例重症牙周炎患者 ,随机分为二组 ,即治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组用HBO治疗 ,对照组用漱口液漱口。用激光多普勒血流仪测定二组治疗前后的GBF、BCV和BC。结果 :HBO能使牙周炎患者GBF增加 2 .1倍 ,BCV增加 6.7倍 ,BC降低为治疗前的 5 8.2 % ,与对照组比均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HBO能使牙周炎患者GBF和BCV增加 ,BC减少 ,能改善牙龈微循环 。
Objective: This paper studied the effect and the therapeutic mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on gingival blood flow(GBF)、blood current velocity(BCV) 、blood concentration(BC) in gingiva with severe periodontitis in human. Method: 30 cases with severe periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, i.e. the HBO group and control group. For HBO group, they were exposed to a pressure of 0.25 MPa (2.5 ATA).For control group, they were rinsed the mouth with gargle. The GBF、BCV and BC value of each group before and after HBO therapy in gingiva with severe periodontitis in human were measured by laser doppler flowmeter type 3.Results: The value of GBF after HBO therapy (265.3 mV) increased to 2.1 times as compared with that of HBO therapy before (125.2 mV,P<0.01). The value of BCV after HBO therapy (125.5) increased by 6.7 times as compared with that of HBO therapy (18.6,P<0.01). The value of BC after HBO therapy (27.2) were 58.2% lower than that of HBO therapy before (46.7,P<0.01).Very significant difference of GBF、BCV and BC with severe periodontitis were seen for the group HBO and group control(P<0.01).Conclusion: The value of GBF and BCV in gingiva with severe periodontitis increased markedly after HBO exposure, and that of BC in gingiva reduced markedly. HBO can regulate the microcirculation in gingiva to treat the severe periodontitis in human.
