新型抗精神病药对血糖水平影响的比较研究

The effect of new antipsychotics on glucose metabolism

目的 比较几种新型抗精神病药对血糖水平的影响。方法 前瞻性调查使用新型抗精神病药治疗的住院精神病人 ,观察血糖变化 ,并分析影响血糖水平的相关因素 (年龄、病程、药物种类、药物剂量等 )。结果 在 12 0例住院精神病人中 ,氯氮平、奥氮平、利培酮和奎的平 4种抗精神病药引起糖代谢异常的机率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。年龄越大引起糖代谢异常的机率越高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 氯氮平、奥氮平比利培酮、奎的平引起糖代谢异常的发生率高 ,奎的平最低 。

Objective To explore the effect of new antipsychotics on glucose metabolism.Methods Data of blood glucose changing were pretrospectively collected from 120 inpatients treated with new antipsychatics,and relative factors(age,course of diseases,type of the drug,dose)affecting the glucose metabolism were analyzed.Results In 120 inpatients,the incidence of glucose metabolism abnormality showed significant difference among the patients treated with different drugs(P<0.05).Age appeared to increase the risk for glucose metabolism abnormality.Conclusion The incidences of glucose metabolism abnormality and DM in patients treated with clozapine and olanzapine were much higher than those in patients treated with risperdal and quetiapine.
