我国农村合作经济组织的发展,应从中国的国情特点出发,借鉴国际农村合作经济组织发展的经验,通过供销合作社和乡村社区合作经济组织体制创新,建立综合性合作经济组织,以综合性合作经济组织为依托,孕育和发展专业性合作经济组织,构筑综合性合作经济组织、专业性合作经济组织和合作银行并行发展的合作经济组织体系。

The development of rural cooperative economic organizations in China should be based on characteristics of national conditions; lessons should be drawn from development experiences of rural cooperative economic organizations in the international community. We should set up comprehensive cooperatives by the reform and relocation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations of Community, specialized cooperative economic organizations will develop by depending on comprehensive cooperative economic organizations, comprehensive cooperative economic organizations, specialized cooperative economic organizations, and cooperative banks should develop in parallel way.
