我国经济增长面临若干重大问题的思考

Several Important Problems in China's Current Economic Growth

经济发展包括经济增长和结构优化两个方面,将经济发展简单地归结为经济增长固然不科学,但毋庸讳言,增长是发展的基础。不能设想,一个国家或地区可以做到无增长的发展。实际上,可持续的良性增长就是人们期望的发展。因此,研究经济发展必须围绕经济增长而展开,探索增长中面临的重大问题并提出对策思路。文章认为,我国当前经济增长应力求做到:高速增长可持续;增长与就业相统一;在结构优化中增长;以改革推动增长。

Economic development consists of economic growth and optimization of economic structures. While it is not a scientific idea to contribute economic development simply to economic growth, it speaks for itself that economic growth is the groundwork for development. It cannot be imagined that a country or a region can develop with zero economic growth. As a matter of fact, a sustained well-ordered growth is nothing but our expected development. Hence, the research of economic development should focus on economic growth, explore important problems encountered in the growth, and put forward the approaches to cope with them. This article argues that, to propel the economic growth in current China, we must ensure that our high -rate growth is sustained and unified with employment, that our growth keeps upward in the optimization of structures, and that our growth is advanced by reforms.
