用普通开关阀组成的双坐标电液数值位置控制系统

摘要 采用两个单活塞杆双作用缸机构驱动,由普通开关阀(即定值液压阀)组成的往复等速液压控制回路控制,并由轴角编码器将角位移脉冲信号反馈给计算机,实现双坐标电液数值位置控制。在角位移速度v满足v≤δ/τ条件下,该控制系统工作稳定可靠,控制准确,该设备已成功用于生产。 The operating mechanism which uses two single rod double acting cylinders for driving is presented. It is under the command of back and forth equal velocity control hydraulic circuit composed of general on-off valves (i.e hydraulic valves for stationary application). The information of angle position with pulse are transferred from axial angle encoder to a program computer. Double coordinates electrohydraulic digital control position is achieved. When the angle velocity is reached, i.e. v&leδ/τ the control system operates stably and reliably and commands precisely. The equipment has been successfully applied to production.
