冷战后的中国多边首脑外交成绩斐然,实现了主权、发展和责任三大利益需求;拓宽了范围与渠道,深化了内容与作用;今后加强实践与理论研究应成为其在新世纪的努力方向。
China's top-level multilateral diplomacy after the Cold War has made great achievements in realizing three interest requirements of sovereignty, development and responsibility. So in the new century, it aims to widen its top-level diplomatic scope and channels, to deepen its content and perform its functions, and to promote the research in theory and practice.
