旁道位置与室上性心动过速首次发作时年龄及性别的关系探讨

摘要 目的 为了解旁道位置与室上性心动过速初次发作时年龄及性别的关系。方法 对128例已进行过射频消 融的患者进行了回顾性分析。结果 男性左侧旁道发病时平均年龄大于右侧及中隔旁道平均为14岁和9岁;大于 女性左侧旁道7岁,男性显性旁道发病时平均年龄小于隐匿性旁道7岁。而女性显性旁道与隐匿性旁道、左侧旁道 与右侧旁道发病时平均年龄无显著性差异。结论 旁道位置与室上速初次发作时年龄及性别有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between location of accessory pathway and the initial onset's age and sex of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). Methods 128 patients treated with radiofrequency ablation were analyzed retrospectively. Results At the initial onset of SVT, the mean age of male patients with left accessory pathway(AP) were 14 - year older'than those with right AP,9 - year older than those with septal AP,and 7 - year older than those of female with left AP. Moreover, the mean age of male patients with dominant AP were 7-year younger than those with concealed AP. But no significant difference in initial onset age was found between dominant and concealed AP or left and right AP in female patients. Conclusion The location of accessory pathway is related to the initial onset age and sex of SVT.
