摘要
采用正交试验法确定了把堆积密度较低的针状硝基胍制备成高堆积密度的球状硝基胍的工艺条件。使用重量百分比为1.5%的甲基纤维素和1.5%的聚乙烯醇作为晶体生长的抑制剂,结晶溶液的搅拌速率为800r·min-1,冷却速率为0.4℃·min-1时,制备的球形硝基胍的堆积密度最大,此时堆积密度为1.12g·cm-3。
To prepare nitroguanidine of high bulk density,a technology converting needle-shaped to spheroidal nitroguanidine was studied through adding crystalline growth retardants based on orthogonal experiments. Methyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol were used as the retardants. Stirring rate,cooling speed and concentrations of two retardants were considered as experimental factors in orthogonal design for aqueous solution of nitroguanidine. Bulk density of the spheroidal nitroguanidine reached 1.12 g·cm^(-3) under conditions of 1.5 wt% methyl cellulose,1.5 wt% polyvinyl alcohol,cooling rate of 0.4 ℃·min^(-1) and stirring speed of 800 rpm.
