现代丝光工艺要求加工综合效果具有 :最小的门幅收缩量、残余收缩量低、织物尺寸稳定 ;改善折皱及弓纬 ,染料均匀上染 ,织物表面光泽和手感提高 ,加工重现性好 ;降低耗碱量 ,减少淡碱回收蒸发量。本文阐述通过优化组合丝光工艺设备获得较好的工艺综合效果。特别推荐了高速直辊丝光机、松堆丝光机。

Morden mercerizing process needs overall effects, those are minimum width shrinkage, lower residual shrinkage, stable fabric dimension, less crease and bow weft, level dyeing, smooth fabric surface, good hand and reproducibility, decrease in alkali consumption and evaporation capacity of diluted alkali recovery. Through optimization and combination of process and equipment of mercerization, better overall effects of the process can be achieved. The high speed roller chainless padless mercerizing range, relaxation batch mercerizing machine, batching and roller chainless padless mercerizing range, and high efficient expanded steamer are recommended particularly.
