Dual atrioventricular nodal pathway and Wenckebach phenomenon are not uncommon in atrioventric- ular nodes,they are closely related to each other with colourful electrocardiographic manifestations.Seven cases of atrioventricular Wenckebach phenomenon in relation to dual atrioventricular nodal pathway are described in this paper.The electrocardiographic clues and criteria and differential diagnosis are discussed.
