Under the heavy pressure from both energy resource and environmental protection,the manufacturers and users of liquid quenchant have no choice but changing from traditional development mode which caused unnecessarily consuming of energy and distruction to environment into a new endurable development mode.Some related subjects to achieve the above goal such as management conception,technical and production management,development trend of products,application technology and environmental protection have been discussed.
