Application Study on the Transmission and Examination System for Freight Invoice Information

根据铁路运输财务清算体制改革的要求,为保证货网分账清算的顺利实施,须改变铁路货票审核方式,实现货票传输审核。结合北京铁路局的实际情况,分析了货票信息传输审核系统应用的难点,对组织管理措施进行了深入研究,针对目前某些环节存在的问题,提出了相应的解决思路。

According to the requirements of railway financial liquidation systemreform, to ensure a smooth implementation of liquidation between freight transportand railway infrastructure, the examination mode of railway freight invoice mustbe changed to 'transmission and examination'. Combining with the actual situationin Beijing Railway Administration, the paper analyzes the application difficultiesof transmission and examination system for freight invoice information, carriesout a deep study on the measures of organization and management and raisesrelevant solutions for the problems existed currently in some links.
