摘要
21世纪我国高校图书馆的数字化、电子化、网络化的运作使得其学术性更为突出,其服务性更具特色。于是图书馆馆长选任问题尤为重要。时下,教授兼任馆长已经成为时尚。本文从专业、任期、素质等方面提出了21世纪馆长应具备的条件。
With spreading operation of digital and electronic network, the service of college library tends to be more special and appears apparent academic nature.For this reason, the appointment of chief librarian in 21^(st) century becomes a major concern.Considering the common practice of its appointment nowadays,this paper proposes it has to be considered from many factors such as speciality, tour of duty, quality …and so on.
