特异性体液免疫与传染性非典型肺炎患者病情的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究传染性非典型肺炎患者特异性体液免疫与其病情的关系。方法 :采用间接酶联免疫法和双抗原夹心法检测不同病情SARS患者血清中特异性抗体。结果 :间接法重症组SARS患者IgG的效价比轻症组高 2 9倍 ,IgM的效价比轻症组高 1 7倍 ;双抗原夹心法重症组SARS患者特异性抗体的效价比轻症组高 2 6倍。可见两种血清学方法的检测结果均是重症组血清特异性抗体的效价显著高于轻症组 ;间接法重症组SARS患者IgG的阳性检出率比轻症组高 5 8 2 % ,IgM高2 2 1% ;双抗原夹心法重症组SARS患者特异性抗体阳性检出率比轻症组高 5 3 9%。结论 :SARS重症组血清特异性抗体效价显著高于轻症组 ;重症组血清特异性抗体阳性检出率显著高于轻症组。 Objective:To investigate the relation between the specific humoral immunity and the severity of SARS symptoms of SARS patients.Methods:The levels of the specific antibody of the SARS patients in different severity were detected by indirect ELISA and double antigen sandwich method.Results:The IgG levels of the severe-symptom group is 2.9 times than that of the light-symptom group and the IgM levels of the severe-symptom group is 1.7 times than that of the light-symptom group by indirect ELISA.The levels of the specific antibody of the severe-symptom group is 2.6 times than that of the light-symptom group by double antigen sandwich method. It is obvious that the levels of the specific antibody of the severe-symptom group is higher than that of the light-symptom group by two methods. The positive rate of the IgG of the severe-symptom group is 58.2% more than that of the light-symptom group and the positive rate of the IgG of the severe-symptom group is 22.1% more than that of the light-symptom group by indirect ELISA; the positive rate of the specific antibody of the severe-symptom group is 53.9% more than that of the light-symptom group by double antigen sandwich method.Conclusion:The levels of the specific antibody of the severe-symptom group in SARS patients is higher than that of the light-symptom group; the positive rate of the specific antibody of the severe-symptom group is higher than that of the light-symptom group.
