UV改性人工心瓣材料的生物相容性研究

摘要 通过体内实验的方法 ,应用酶组织化学技术对 U V改性后心瓣材料涤纶 (Dacron)和未改性的材料周围组织中的碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶和辅酶 I黄递酶活性进行测定 ,评价改性后材料的生物相容性。结果表明两种材料周围组织中几种酶的活性无差异 。 The enzyme histochemistry method was used in this experiment to study the biocompatibility of the UV surface modified Dacron.The activity of the enzymes such as ALP,ACP,NADHD and LDH in the tissue surrounding both the modified and unmodified materials after a certain implantation period was semiquantitatively measured.The results showed that the biocompatibility of the surface modified Dacron was as good as that of the unmodified one.
