微量元素、HP及COX-2与胃癌的相关性研究 被引量:11

Research on Relationships of Gastric Cancer with Serum Trace Elements, Helicobacter Pylori and COX-2 in Gastric Tissue

摘要 为了研究微量元素、HP与胃癌发生的相关性 ,取甘肃河西地区 5 0例胃癌患者作为研究组 (R组 ) ,取当地 5 0例健康志愿者作为对照组 (C组 ) ,监测血清微量元素、组织中幽门螺旋杆菌 (HP)以及环氧合酶 - 2 (COX- 2 )的表达。结果显示胃癌组血清微量元素 Cu/ Zn、Fe值高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1,0 .0 5 ) :Zn、Mn低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1,0 .0 5 ) ,经多因素非条件 L ogistic回归分析 ,进入方程的有 Zn(P<0 .0 1)。胃癌组 HP感染率和 COX- 2表达阳性率分别为 88%和 78% ,而对照组则分别为 4 2 %和 0 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,提示 Zn降低可能为胃癌发生的癌前因素 ,其可诱发 HP的感染和 COX- 2的高表达而发生胃癌 ,测定血清中微量元素可提高胃癌的诊断率 。 The relationships of gastric cancer with serum trace elements, helicobacter pylori (HP) and COX-2 in gastric tissue were investigated.We took 50 blood samples from the gastric cancer patients in Hexi region (the gastric cancer group), and 50 blood samples from healthy volunteers (control group) and detected the level of trace elements,the rate of HP infection, and the expression of COX-2 in gastric tissue. The results showed the levles of Cu/Zn,Fe in the serum of the gastric cancer group were higher than those of the control group respectively( P< 0.05,0.01), and the levels of Zn,Mn were lower than those of the control group respectively ( P< 0.05,0.01). The data on Zn were submitted to multi-variate non-conditional logistic analysis. The rate of HP infection and the positive expression of COX-2 were 88% and 78% respectively in the gastric cancer group,42.0% and 0 in the control group ( P< 0.01) .These findings suggest that the decrease of Zn in serum may be a precancerous factor of gastric cancer development which induces HP infection and the higher expression of COX-2 and hence may lead to the development of gastric cancer. Detecting the trace elements could conduce to the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Regulating the level of trace element in the patient can be an effective chemoprophylaxis for gastric cancer.
