滨州市城市卫生管理调查分析

Survey and Analysis on Town Health the Management of Binzhou City

目的为巩固发展国家卫生城市成果,了解市民对城市卫生管理现状的认知和评价,增强参与意识,建立社会化监督管理体系,更科学有效的进行规范管理。方法对现住滨州市市民采取分层抽样发放调查问卷的方法,抽取2000名市民作为调查对象,对城市卫生管理负有重要责任的区政府、市建委、市卫生局、市工商局、市公安局、市交通局进行记分式问卷调查和民意测评,对问卷进行统计分析,整理归纳。结果有效问卷占99.08%,28项调查内容综合分值S=122.01,占标准分的76.74%;提出意见和建议的问卷276份,综合归纳意见48条,建议14条,主要涉及基础设施、行业管理、市容环境、监督执法。结论创建国家卫生城市10余年来,市民卫生意识不断增强,对市容环境卫生较为关注,对卫生管理现状基本认可,意见和建议客观合理,为调控管理措施提供了依据。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen and develop the achievement of national grade hygienic city,to understand the knowledge and opinion of citizen about the status in quo of city management,to improve the thought of participating,and finally to established a socialized supervise system and manage the city more effective,more scientific and more normative.METHOD Using stratified sample method to select 2000 citizen as inquiry objects,all selected citizen filled a form which contents include mark city management departments including district government,City building and constructive committee,Board of health,police,Business administration bureau and Traffic police.All questionnaires were analyszed.RESULTS 99.08%percent of all questionnaires were valid;the total score of 28 inquiry items was 122.01,and was about 76.74%of standard score.There are 276 questionnaires added with opinions or advices,all of it could be sum up as 48 items and 14 pieces advices,mostly related to city base construction,trade administration,appearance and environment of the city as well as supervise and tipstaff.CONCHUSION During the 10 years of establishment of national hygienic city,the citizen cognition on hygienic have been improved ceaselessly ,they gave more attention to the environment of the city,approved the manage status in quo;their opinions or advices were reasonable.Those provided bases for city manage.
