小剂量红霉素促进早产儿胃排空疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨小剂量红霉素对促进早产儿胃排空疗效观察。方法分治疗组(n=43)及对照组(n=39),及2组患儿治疗后临床疗效。结果小剂量红霉素静脉点滴治疗组显效率明显高于对照组。其发生胃潴留、呕吐明显低于对照组,且无一例发生胃食管返流。结论小剂量红霉素静脉点滴可引起胃肠蠕动增快,促进早产儿胃排空。
