摘要
某厂20名职工参加为期两个月的现场实验。被试被均衡地分为实验组和对照组。结果表明,对照组实行计件超额奖制后,完成月产量定额的130.2%,实验组实行计件超额奖制和弹性工时制后,完成月产量定额的163.7%,所化劳动时数只有对照组的79.1%,工效提高了207%。本文还就弹性工时制所需组织内部和外部条件进行了讨论。
Iwenty workers or a ■actory were ■-volved in a two-month field experiment.Theresults showed that the control groupfulfilled 130.2% of the quota set by the fac-tory whan piece-rate bonus system wascarried out, while the experimental group,with the operation of both piece-rate bonussystem and flexitime system,took only 79.1%of the work hours of the control group to fulfil163.7% of the set monthly production quota,raising work efficiency to 207%.The inter-nal and external condition of an organizationas required by flexitime system were dis-cussed as well.
