家兔股动脉粥样硬化闭塞症模型的制作 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨动脉硬化闭塞症家兔模型的制作方法。 方法 :选择 2 4只新西兰家兔 ,利用股动脉环缩、牛血清白蛋白免疫损伤、高脂高胆固醇饲养 16周制作模型 ,观察模型制作前后血脂 (TC)、胆固醇 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)、内皮素 -1(ET -1)、一氧化氮 (NO)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6-酮 -前列腺素1α(6-keto -PGF1α)、细胞间粘附因子 -1(ICAM -1)水平及股动脉造影和病理学变化。 结果:模型制作后家兔TC、TG、LDL、Fbg、ET -1、TXB2 、ICAM -1均升高 ;NO、6-keto -PGF1α下降。各项指标前后比较均有显著性差异。制作后动脉造影显示股动脉高度狭窄 ,有的完全闭塞 ,病理切片显示典型的ASO变化。 结论 ObjectiveTo establish the femoral atherosclerosis o bliterans model in rabbitsMethodsTwenty NewZeland rabbits were raised by the fodder rich in glycerid and cholesterol for 16 weeks with r oundly femoral artery shortening and immune injuries.Before and after the model establishment the levels of serum glyceride(TG),serum cholesterol(TC),high densi ty lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein(LDL),fibrinogen(Fbg),endothelins,nitric oxide,thromboxase B 2(TXB 2),6 keto prostagladin F 1α ,intercellular a dhession molecule 1(CAM 1) were determined,the femoral vessels were examined b y arteriography and the femoral arteries were examined pathologically.R esultsThe levels of TC,TG,LDL,Fbg,TXB 2,ICAM 1 increased and the l evels of NO,6 K PGF 1α decreased,the femoral vessels showed stricture,so me were obstructed in arteriography and ASO typical pathological signs in pathol ogical examination.ConclusionThis methods can induce ASO r abbit models.
