The Computer Simulation of the Optimization Design of Extrusion Perforation

利用有限元软件模拟钢管挤压穿孔过程。在挤压速度和摩擦等不变的条件下,主要通过对穿孔针头部尺寸及外轮廓线形的设计进行调整,进而达到优化的目的,使金属废料最少。

The perforation process of steel tube extrusion is simulated by finite element software.On the condition that extrusion speed and friction are not changed,it is optimized by adjusting size and figure line of punch head and makes technics be optimized.
