摘要
介绍了3种不同金属作为包套材料的实验研究结果,在轧制温度下既能保持良好的塑性又具有一定强度的LF2是最佳选择。TA1/LY12复合板的复合机理可以用表面层裂缝机理、能量激活表面机理和热扩散机理来进行解释。
Pack rolling clad which is characteristics of inner four-layer symmetrical arrangement,exterior metals pack and vacuumizing the seamwelded package before heating,is an effective process to manufacture the Titanium clad Aluminum plate.This paper introduced the experiment results that use three different metals as the package materials.The results show that LF2 is the best choice among the three test materials,because LF2 has good plastic deformation and still keeps the certain strength under the rolling temperature.The bonding mechanism of TA1/LY12 clad plate can be explained by three mechanisms that are surface cracking,activation of contact surface and atoms thermal diffusion.
