摘要
传动齿轮箱是高速列车转向架的关键部件,齿轮箱的强度可靠性将直接影响到列车的运行安全性。采用有限元分析方法针对270km h高速列车传动齿轮箱箱体结构强度进行了分析,并进行了台架试验验证和实车试验。
Transmission gearbox is an important part of high-speed train bogie.The reliability of the gearbox influences the safety of train operation directly.In this paper, the static strength of the case of 270 km/h high-speed train transmission gearbox is analyzed using FEM method, and the verification experiment and the vehicle test are also carried out.
