摘要
对两台65t/h锅炉石灰湿法烟气脱硫除尘技改工程进行了分析。在原有麻石旋风水膜除尘系统的基础上,保留麻石塔,利用旋流板技术改造为高效脱硫除尘一体化设备,工程实践表明,技改工期短,投资省,效果好。技改工期约30天,年脱硫单位投资约170元/tSO2,脱硫、除尘效率较高,当L/G=1.48~1.67,塔内反应Ca/S=0.77~0.84时,脱硫效率及除尘效率分别达到92%和99%以上。
Abstiract:This paper analyzes the technical reformation engineering of lime wet flue gas desulfurization and dust removing system of 2×65t/h coal-fired boiler.Based on the original wet cyclone of marble tower ,integrated technical reform high efficiency FGD and dust removing for technical reform of swirl board scrubber .It is indicated by the engineering practice that the results of short time limit for a project , save of investment and high efficiency .the time of technical reformation about 30d,the investment of removed a ton SO2 of a year about 170yuan(RMB)/t SO2, the efficiency of desulphuration and dedusting was more than 92%and 99%.
