摘要
本文介绍了拉弯机的工作原理及其控制特点。通过详细分析拉弯机数控系统硬件的工作原理及其安装技术难点 ,提出了系统中电源、控制柜、传感器等的安装调试及信号的抗干扰解决方法。通过试运行 ,控制系统工作性能稳定 ,控制精度高、达到了设计要求。
This paper introduces the working principles and control characteristics of the rotary stretch-bending former. The method of fitting and running adjustment of power source, control cupboard and sensors etc. and some measures of anti-jamming are presented by analyzing the principle and the key issues of the hardware of the control system of the numerical control stretch-bending machine in detail. The results of the test running demonstrate that the control system is stable and precise, and satisfied the requirements of the design. This paper provides some references for fitting and running adjustment of some similar numerical equipment.
