摘要
液压脉冲设备用于产生液压管路或附件液压冲击试验的脉冲波形 ,液压脉冲波形的形状与参数直接影响到试验结果 ,脉冲波形应符合规范要求。本文介绍了液压脉冲设备的原理 ,建立了系统中管路和附件的压力瞬态模型 ,应用此模型就影响脉冲的部分因素进行了分析 ,为脉冲设备的研制提供必要的理论依据。
Hydraulic pulse equipment is used to test the performance of pipeline or attachment to resist pressure impact. Hydraulic pulse shape and parameters are close related to the test result, so producing standard pulse is very important. In this paper, the principle that produces hydraulic pulse is introduced, and the mathematics models of transient state of pipelines and attachments in system have been established. The models are necessary to analyze the factors that affect pulse, and offer theoretical basis for the R&D of pulse equipment. Finally, some test results of pulse equipment are given.
