摘要
本文针对微操作系统的作业标定问题 ,提出了一种基于游标卡尺和数字图像处理技术的方法。根据等精度重复测量的原理 ,从二值图像阵列中提取卡尺刻线的间距序列 ,经过统计计算 ,得到微操作系统的标定数据。理论分析和实际实验结果表明这种方法计算简单。
A method based on vernier caliper and digital image processing is introduced aiming at the calibration of micromanipulation system. According to the principle of duplicated measurement in same precision grade, series of line-intervals that marked on vernier caliper are picked from the two-value image arrays. Through statistical calculation, the calibrated data are gained for micromanipulation system. Both theoretical and experimental result show that this method is of the advantage of simplified calculation and relatively high calibration precision.
