工业工程部门在集成电路制造企业中的作用与职责

Functions and Responsibilities of Industrial Engineering Department in Semiconductor Manufacturing Factories

随着境外在我国大陆投资的不断升温,境外公司中应用颇为成功的工业工程在大陆的应用也日见广泛。尤其是在半导体产业中,一些由外方或台资方控股的半导体制造企业已经设有独立的工业工程部门,负责从建厂设计到生产管理、质量管理等各方面的工作。文章简要综述了半导体制造厂工业工程部门的职责和所起的作用,希望能引起业界,特别是尚未建立工业工程部门的企业,对工业工程的重视,以推进工业工程在我国大陆的应用。

With increasing overseas investment in the Chinese mainland,Industrial Engineering(IE),which was successfully used by overseas companies,has found more and more applications in the Mainland,especially in the semiconductor industry,where IE department has been set up in foreign- or Taiwan-funded enterprises to perform tasks,such as facility layout design,production management and quality control.A review is made on the functions and responsibilities of IE department in semiconductor manufacturing factories,in hope of arousing attentions of the industry,especially those enterprises that haven't set up IE departments,so as to promote the application of IE in the Chinese mainland.
