直放站是移动通讯网络的重要组成部分 ,本文主要讨论了通过短消息实现直放站远程监控的总体设计思想、短消息编解码规则 。

Base Stations are the important parts of the mobile communication nets. This paper mainly discusses the general ideas of the remote supervising and control method for base station by SMS, and its code and decode rule. At last, the Supervising and control software is programmed by Delphi.
