葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Puerarin Injection on Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的 :观察葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)的临床疗效。方法 :选择 5 9例UAP患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上用葛根素注射液 0 4g加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml静脉点滴 ,每天 1次 ,14天 1疗程 ,1疗程后评定疗效。结果 :治疗组显效率 5 3 1% ,总有效率 93 8% ;对照组显效率 37% ,总效率 74 1% ,两组比较显效率及总有效率有统计学显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有明显疗效 ,没有明显副作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Puerarin Injection on unstable angina pectoris.Method:59 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) were divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with routine method.Besides routine treatment,treatment group was administrated Puerarin Injection 0.4g plus 5% glucose by vein injection.Course of treatment was 14 days.Result:The effectual rate and total effective rate of treament group were 53.1% and 93.8%, respectively.Those of control group were 37% and 74.1%,respectively.There were statistical difference between above-mentioned groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:Puerarin Injection has obvious curative effect on UAP and no obvious vice effect.
