核因子-κB在实验性迟发性脑血管痉挛中的表达变化

摘要 目的 研究实验性家兔脑血管痉挛基底动脉核因子 κB(NF κB)的活性变化。方法 建立中国大耳白兔枕大池二次注血脑血管痉挛模型 ,应用免疫组化、免疫印迹以及EMSA等方法检测NF κB在不同时间表达情况及水平。结果  ( 1)实验组在注血后 4~ 7d基底动脉有明显的狭窄及炎细胞浸润 ,7d时最明显 ;( 2 )NF κB的活性表达于注血后 4~ 7d较对照组明显增高 ,7d时最明显 ,与基底动脉炎性反应一致。结论 脑血管痉挛后NF κB明显激活 。 Objective To investigate the expression of NF κB activity in arterial wall of cerebral vasospasm in rabbit model.Methods The two hemorrhage model of cerebral vasospasm in rabbits were induced by injecting autologous blood into the cisterna manga on day 0 and day 2,and the activity of NF κB in rabbit basilar artery were measured by immunohistochemisty,western blot and EMSA in different times.Results (1) The degree of inflammation reaction in experimenl group was more obvious on day 4~7 in the arterial wall of the animals than that of control group,in experimental group the most significant changes were found on day 7;(2) The expression of NF κB activity significantly increased at the same period as the reaction degree of inflammation in arteria basilaris.Conclusion The activation of NF κB after cerebral vasospasm can lead to obvious inflammation reaction in spastic arterial wall.
