摘要
ISSR(Inter SimpleSequenceRepeat)技术是在PCR中直接使用微卫星序列进行DNA扩增的一种DNA分子标记。文章主要介绍了ISSR标记的原理、方法、特点及其在遗传多样性研究中的应用。ISSR标记方法具有无需知道任何靶标序列的微卫星背景信息、遗传多态性高、检测快速等特点,在遗传多样性研究中具有广泛的应用前景。
The purpose of this review is to introduce principles, methods, characteristics and applications of a new DNA marker, inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) , which involves the use of microsatellite sequences directly in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for DNA amplification. ISSR using SSR-based primers is a very useful system for efficient retrieval and analysis of genetic information in eukaryotes. The ISSR technique tests fast, requires very little genomic sequence data and screens so many polymorphisms in an assay. The advantages of ISSR should make this marker system used widely in the research of genetic diversity.
