摘要
人力资本的聚集效应在各种正式或非正式的群体中发挥着重要作用 ,但始终没有被提升到理论的高度来研究。本文首次提出了人力资本聚集效应这一概念。研究人力资本聚集效应的意义是利用其特点来营造有利于产生人力资本聚集效应的环境 ,提高企业经营管理水平 。
The cluster-effect of human capital has an important effect in all kinds of formal and informal groups,but it hasn't been enhanced to the theory to study all long. The thesis firstly put forward the concept of the cluster-effect of human capital. The meaning of research on the cluster-effect of human capital lies in how to make use of it's characters to construct the environment helping produce the cluster-effect of human capital,enhance the management level of enterprises and accelerate the knowledge innovation process of enterprises.
