摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了ZnO SiO2 、PbO SiO2 和ZnO PbO SiO2 复合物 ;通过TEM分析发现其均为纳米颗粒 ,平均粒径分别为 4 5nm ,10nm和 5 0nm ;通过比表面及孔径分布测定发现ZnO SiO2 的比表面积最大 ,达715 5m2 g ,平均孔径最小且分布很集中 ;PbO SiO2 的比表面积最小而平均孔径最大且分布也很集中 ;ZnO PbO SiO2的比表面和平均孔径介于其中 ;通过XPS分析发现ZnO、PbO和SiO2 间存在着相互作用。
Nanocomposites of ZnO-SiO 2,PbO-SiO 2 and ZnO-PbO-SiO 2 have been prepared by sol-gel process. TEM pictures show that all of them are nano-meter sized particles. Measurement of specific surface area and pore size distribution demonstrates that ZnO-SiO 2 has the largest specific surface area and the smallest average pore size while PbO-SiO 2 is opposite from ZnO-SiO 2, and ZnO-PbO-SiO 2 is in the between. XPS analysis proves that there is an interaction between ZnO and SiO 2, as well as PbO and SiO 2.
