摘要
本文首先从系统整体出发 ,界定了社会信息化的内涵 ,而后以社会信息化运行机理为基础 ,依托现有的纵向、横向和条块评价信息化水平的成果 ,构筑了社会整体信息化水平结构模型 。
In this paper, firstly,the connotations of social informatiztion are defined in the view of holistic system. Then,based on the function mechanism of social informatiztion,and provided with available results of evaluating social informatization quotient that acquired from aspects of verticality,horizontality and item, a model for social informatization quotient in whole is constructed. Finally,an evaluating approach in conformity to the model is given.
