摘要 采用助熔剂净化和铜模铸造相结合的工艺 ,用工业纯原料制备出块体非晶合金 (Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P1 4B6 ) 1 0 0 -xGax(x =4~ 6 )和 (Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P1 4B6 ) 1 0 0 -x -yGaxIny(x =2 ,4 ;y =6 -x)。样品为直径 3mm的圆柱体和宽 6mm、厚1mm的片材 ,长度都在 2 0mm左右。研究了Ga ,In对Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P1 4B6 共晶合金非晶形成能力的影响。XRD、DSC等分析表明 ,当x =4~ 6时 ,(Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P1 4B6 ) 1 0 0 -x(Ga ,In) x 合金具有强的非晶形成能力。 Several ferromagnetic bulk amorphous alloys of the type (Fe 40Ni 40P 14B 6) 100-xGa x(x4~6) and (Fe 40Ni 40P 14B 6) 100-x-yGa xIn y(x2,4,y6-x) have been prepared in the form of 3×20mm rods and 1×6×20 plates by industrial raw material. The glass synthesis consists of pre-alloying the constituents, purifying the melts in flux inside fused silica tubes, and quenching the melts in the copper mold. The effect of Ga, In additions on glass-forming ability of Fe 40Ni 40P 14B 6 has been investigated for (Fe 40Ni 40P 14B 6) 100-x(Ga,In) x. XRD and DSC show that (Fe 40Ni 40P 14B 6) 100-x(Ga,In) x possesses high glass forming ability when x4~6.
