摘要
利用合成的新型试剂3 对氟苯基 5 (2′ 羧基苯偶氮)若丹宁与金属镍进行显色反应,发现在表面活性剂存在下,新型若丹宁显色剂与镍有较灵敏的反应,镍量在0~25μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,可用于水及茶叶中镍的测定。
A new rhodanine reagent, 3-(4′-fluorophenyl)-5-(2′-carboxyphenylazo)-rhodanine, was synthesized and its color reaction with nickel(Ⅱ) was studied. In an ammoniacal buffer medium of pH 9.0 and in the presence of non-ionic surfactant OP, a sensitive color reaction between Ni(Ⅱ) and the above mentioned rhodanine reagent was observed. The absorption maxima of the colored complex was found at 440nm while that of the reagent itself was found at 370nm. Linearity was obtained between the absorbances and the concentrations of Ni(Ⅱ) in the range of 0 to 25μg of Ni(Ⅱ) per 10ml of solution. The apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 2.3×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The above mentioned reaction under the optimum condition studied has been applied to the analysis of tea and water samples.
