铜锌柱在环境分析中测定硝酸根的应用 被引量:1

USE OF Cu-Zn COLUMN IN THE DETERMINATION OF NITRATE-NITROGEN IN ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES

摘要 研究了用Cu Zn柱将微量NO-3还原为NH+4,奈斯勒试剂为显色剂,光度法间接测定NO-3的含量。常见离子无干扰,线性范围为0.1~5.3μg·ml-1。方法简单易行,用于水中NO-3的间接测定,结果满意。 Nitrate ion in the sample solution adjusted to pH 10.5 with 0.5mol·L^(-1) NaOH solution was reduced to NH^+_4 by passing through the Cu-Zn reduction column at a flow-rate of 2ml·min^(-1). An aliquot of the reduced solution was taken and reacted with Nessler′s reagent, and its absorbance was measured at 470nm using the reagent blank as reference. A linear calibration curve was prepared in the range of 0.1~5.3μg·ml^(-1) of NO^-_3 ion. The proposed method has been used satisfactorily in the determination of nitrate-nitrogen in raining water and in lake water.
