摘要
使用家用微波炉在聚四氟乙烯密闭罐中,用硝酸和过氧化氢分解脱水蔬菜胡萝卜粒,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、铁、镁、镍、锌微量元素。方法快速、简便,灵敏度高,再现性好,相对标准偏差为0.2%~1.5%,回收率为95.0%~110.6%。
Trace amounts of Cu Fe Mg Ni and Zn in dehydrated carrat were determined by FAAS. Digestion of the sample with HNO_3 and H_2O_2 in a closed teflon vessel and heating with microwave oven were used in the analysis. This method was proved to be not only rapid and simple, but also of high sensitivity and good repeatability. The RSD′s of the method were in the range of 0.2%~1.5%, and the recoveries in the range of 95%~111%.
