Expression of FAK and UPA in Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的 研究FAK、UPA在胃腺癌中的表达与其浸润和转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法监测癌旁组织 ,癌组织中FAK、UPA蛋白的表达情况。结果 FAK、UPA在胃腺癌中的表达明显高于正常胃组织 (P <0 0 1)。有淋巴结转移组较无淋巴结转移组表达高 (P <0 0 1)。浸润程度越深FAK、UPA表达越高 (P <0 0 1)。FAK与UPA的表达呈正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 FAK、UPA在胃腺癌的浸润和转移中起到了重要作用 ,FAK、UPA在胃腺癌中表达升高提示其浸润和转移的高风险性。

Objective To explore the expression of FAK, UPA in gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship to invasion and metastasis.Methods The expression of FAK, UPA in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric tissue was studied with immunohistochemical ABC method.Results The expression of FAK, UPA in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue(P<0.05). The expression of FAK, UPA has a closely relationship to the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of FAK has a positive correlation with expression of UPA(P<0.05).Conclusion FAK, UPA played a key role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma and might indicate a high risk of invasion and metastasis.
