回结肠间置在贲门癌切除术中的应用

An Application of Ileo-colon Interposition in Operation of Cardiac Cancer

目的 观察贲门癌切除、回结肠间置行消化道重建术的治疗效果、评价其优缺点。方法 对采用右胸上腹双切口行贲门癌切除、回结肠间置行消化道重建术的手术方式进行介绍、总结、评价。结果 12例病人恢复顺利 ,术后无“小胃”症状 ,无食物返流 ,生活质量高。结论 该手术方式与传统的贲门癌切除术相比具有一定的优越性。

Objective To study the surgical effect of the operation of cardiac cancer with the application of ileo-colon interposition as substitute to rebuild the gastrointestine.To evaluate the efficacy.Methods To introduce,resect and evaluate the operative way of cadiac cancer,which was performed in right “Bi-incision operation”(thoraco-upper abdominal incisions).Result There were 12 patients recovered easily,with no postoperative symptoms of small-stomach,no esophageal refluxation and having a improved life quality.Conclusion the operative way is more effective that in contrast with the traditional ways.
