液晶显示器用隔垫物的研究现状与最新进展

Status and Future Prospects of LCD-spacer

液晶显示器用隔垫物对液晶显示器的对比度、响应时间、视角有着重要的影响。目前所用的隔垫物主要分为玻璃隔垫物和塑料隔垫物。隔垫物的喷洒方法主要有干喷法和湿喷法两种。随着液晶显示技术的发展,现在又开发了黑色、无漏光、黏合型、高精度型以及柱状等新型的隔垫物。对液晶显示器用隔垫物的分类、制备方法、分散方法以及作用和最新进展进行了综述。

LCD-spacer is very important to the contrast,response time and view angle.The present spacer consists of glass-spacer or plastic spacer.Dry-spraying and wet-spraying are two important methods of spraying.With the development of LCD,some new types of spacers are invented,such as black type,LC aligning type,adhesive type,high precision type and post spacer.In this paper,the classification,preparation,methods of spraying and function of LCD-spacer were discussed.The development of LCD-spacer was summarized.
