文章简述了在大中专院校设立教育市场专业机构的必要性。提出了设立教育市场专业机构的 3种组织形式 ,即教育市场发展中心、教育市场部、教育市场项目组。探讨了教育市场专业机构应承担的主要职能 :专门从事学校品牌建设、教育市场调研、长远和宏观教育市场的拓展与维系 ,为学校发展创造良好的外部环境。同时从观念上、决策层的认识和重视度、教育市场人才的选拔和培养等方面讨论了在设立教育市场专业机构时应注意的问题。
This paper describes the necessity of setting up specialty department of education market in colleges and universities. It puts forward three types of organization forms that are center for education market development, department of education market and education market project group. The main functions for specialty department of education market are as follows: (1) specially undertaking construction of school brand; (2) doing well education market investigation and research; (3) developing and maintaining macroscopical and long-term education market; and (4) establishing good external environment for school. The paper also discusses some issues need to pay attention to when setting up specialty department of education market from conception, cognition of making-decision level, selecting the talent of education market and training.
