药物牙膏对部分口腔细菌抑制作用的体外实验

The Inhibition of Herb Toothpaste on Oral Bacteria in Vitro.

目的 分析市售药物牙膏对部分口腔细菌的抑制情况。方法 采用体外液体稀释法测定细菌敏感性。结果 洁银中药牙膏抑菌作用最为明显 ,其次是中华草本牙膏、佳洁士多合一牙膏、两面针中药牙膏、黑妹护齿康等 ,其它有中度抑菌作用的牙膏分别有新世纪美加净牙膏、白玉芦荟牙膏、高露洁含氟牙膏、两面针全能牙膏、上海防酸牙膏等 ,芳草牙膏、草珊瑚护齿牙膏抑菌效果稍差。结论 各种含天然植物成份牙膏对口腔细菌均有不同程度抑制作用。

Objective To study the inhibition potential of herb toothpaste on oral bacteria in vitro. Methods Sensitive test of bacteria were carried out by broth dilution method on 96 microwell plate. Results The results were showed that the Jieyin toothpaste could inhibit the bacteria growth more obviously than other herb toothpastes. Fangcao and Caoshanhu toothpaste were shown the lowest inhibition activation. The inhibition of other toothpastes was almost similar. Conclusion Of all herb toothpaste are efficient for inhibition of oral bacteria.
