摘要
分析了洗衣机内桶塑件的结构,采用外滑块及内部抽芯解决了零件上16排孔与外部加强筋的脱模问题,并省去了顶出机构。模具结构合理 ,动作可靠 。
The structure of the plastic inner drum of the automatic washing machine is analyzed.Outer slide block and inside core pulling have been used to solve the problem of demoulding the16rows of holes and the outer reinforcing ribs,so that the ejector device is not necessary any more.The structure of the mould is reasonable and the movement is reliable.The mould can meet the requirement of mass production.
