摘要
介绍了旋转台机座注射模具的设计要点 ,分析了塑件的成形工艺及存在的问题 ,着重阐述了定模的两次分型及脱模顺序和动模的二级推出机构。该模具结构合理 ,动作可靠 。
The main points for designing the injection mould for the rotating table base are introduced.The technological process for forming the part and the existing problems are analyzed.Two-time parting and demoulding subsequence of the fixed mould and the two-stage ejector of the moving mould are mainly stated.The mould has reasonable structure and can make reliable operation.The plastic parts produced with the mould meet the designed requirement.
