摘要 磁性微球作为靶向药物载体有利于提高药物疗效 ,降低药物的毒副作用 ,为化疗药物的临床应用开辟了新途径。文章着重综述和评价了以天然高分子材料为载体的磁性微球的制备和应用 ,并对相关研究工作中存在的问题提出了看法。 The magnetic microspheres may be an alternative of cancer cure, with better anticancer efficacy and less side effects as vehicles for the targeting drug agent. This paper reviewed and evaluated the preparations, properties and applications of magnetic microspheres with natural polymers as carriers. And it was discussed to relative questions in researching work.
