PDM技术在汽车设计中的初步实现

充分利用产品数据管理 ( PDM)技术的思想 ,以汽车产品设计为例 ,在建立零部件图形库、底盘参数数据库的基础上 ,通过 VB与 Auto CAD2 0 0 0软件进行二次开发 ,集绘图设计、数据管理于一体 ,在一定程度上实现了汽车底盘的虚拟设计 ,可以快速高效地进行汽车设计和资料的查询等 ,从而减轻设计人员的劳动强度 。

Taking the design of automotive product as an example and on the basis of establishing the components library and data base of the chassis parameters, this article makes full use of the designing thought of product data management technique and integrates the drawing design product with data management of automobiles by secondary development with VB and AutoCAD2000 software To some extent, the system performs the virtual design of automotive chassis and speeds the inquiry of the design and information in order to reduce designer′s labor intensity and raise designing efficiency.
