With the development of economy and the increase of number of people's diserase, disease control and prevention become more and more important.The disease control and prevention System based on Graphhic Information System (GIS) technology, Global System for Mobil Communication ( GSM) technology and INTERNET network telchnology can help to improve the issue effectively.We open out a model plan about disease control and prevention's GIS.The Clent/Server(C/S) mode and the Browse/ Server(B/S) mode can be integrated on this system, also we are thinking about the system, s security and utility.The functions of CDCP GIS system would include present sitation analysys,map and attribute query each other, disease control s map created, disease control distributing analysys etc.Finally, the function characteristics and application of the system are describled.
